Position Overview:
As an Operations Specialist - Picker Packer at JodiaBazaar.com, you will be a vital part of our fulfilment operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring that products are in pristine condition before shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team and vendors to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and move items for order fulfillment.
- Document items moved for order completion, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Pack items securely and organize packages for shipping.
- Inspect merchandise for quality, accuracy, and completeness according to order specifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory management tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to meet operational goals.
- Handle physical demands of the role, including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in pick and pack operations or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
