Shipping policy
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are the charges received by JB to ship items to a buyer. For every order that is delivered, JB charges a certain amount from the customer as the shipping fee. However if the actual shipping fee is greater than the estimated shipping fee due to any reason e.g. bulk quantity, very heavy weight items, longer than expected routes or bulky dimensions, then the difference shall be borne by the customer.
- Shipping Fee is calculated according to either the gross weight of the product or the volumetric weight of the product, whichever is greater, however, that is not the only factor that comes into consideration which affects the shipping charges. The destination of the delivery also affects the shipping charges of a product. Customer will be notified of the shipping fee prior to any shipment of the order.
- We do not offer Cash On Delivery as a payment option for orders above 20000 PKR. All orders above this amount must be paid for through our Bank account or other pre-payment options available on the site. By placing an order on our website for an amount above 20000 PKR, you acknowledge and agree that Cash On Delivery will not be available as a payment option for your order.
