Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after delivery to request a return. This includes the time where you may not have opened the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or JB OrderID#.
By original condition, it is meant:
1. User has kept all original packaging & labels in good condition.
2. The product can be resold at full price.
3. User has not used the product till date.
Out of city or bulk orders will be handled on case-to-case basis.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer-service@jodiabaazar.com or whatsapp us at 0331 5222 927 with pictures / video of the complaint order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Alternatively, we'll have one of our team members pick up the item if in karachi. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Jodiabaazar.com aims to ensure customer satisfaction, but certain scenarios are excluded from refund or exchange eligibility. Please carefully review the following policy:
No Refunds or Exchanges for Change of Mind:
Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for any order changes due to a change of mind after the order has been processed, shipped, or delivered. This policy applies to all products and services offered on our platform.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review their orders before confirming the purchase to avoid any inconvenience. For defective or damaged items, our standard return policy will apply, as outlined on our website.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as grocery & food, pet foods & supplies, flowers, or plants), where manufacturer does not honor returns, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Customer Misuse or Negligence:
If the product is damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or negligence by the customer.
We also do not accept returns or exchanges for items explicitly mentioned as "No Returns or Exchanges" in our communication with you through our customer service channels or indicated on our product listings.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In case of Cash Payment, amount will either be transferred to you by hand or pref. to your Bank Account.
REFUNDS USING VOUCHERS / PROMOTIONS
What happens if I have used a voucher as payment and need to return something?
If you used a voucher when you made your purchase the amount you paid will have been reduced. The refund will be processed based on the amount paid after any vouchers were applied. If you have used a voucher to purchase multiple items, your voucher will be split across the items purchased, therefore any returns will have the value adjusted accordingly.
