Cremodan SE 46-2: Composed of mono- and diglycerides, cellulose gum, and carrageenan. It is known for producing a very creamy, fine, and uniform texture.

CREMODAN SE 46 is a food-grade stabilizing and emulsifying system used for hard, semi-soft, and milk ice creams. It should be stored at temperatures below 30°C and contains small amounts of milk.
