I ordered dove Original(made in Germany) but received beauty cream (made in Indonesia)

We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused with your order.

You had ordered Dove Original (Germany). However, due to import shortages, we had already communicated that alternatives might be provided. Unfortunately, during dispatch, the Indonesia variant was sent first due to a human error, as the packaging differences are minimal and easy to miss.

When the product was delivered, we understand you were upset, and we sincerely regret the frustration caused. As soon as the issue was brought to our attention, we immediately offered a full resolution, including exchange, refund, and free pickup. However, you declined all options and stated that you did not want any resolution.

We always aim to resolve concerns promptly and fairly, and we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations in this instance.
