How do you clean the Fusion5 Power blades?

Cleaning Fusion5 Power blades is simple. Just regularly rinse the blades gently in water after every few strokes. Note that the Fusion5's Snow-Plow Guard channels excess shaving prep away from the blades to help maintain lasting closeness, making it simple to clean as you shave. Rinse again after finishing your shave. Allow the water to flow from the back to the front of the cartridge to dislodge any hairs. However, be careful not to tap the blades against a sink or hard surface, as this can cause damage to the precisely dimensioned cartridge.

The Fusion5 Power cartridge features a blade stabiliser, a unique feature that maintains an optimal distance between each of the blades. Thanks to this short and accurate distance, the extent of skin bulge variation between the blades is reduced, offering a low-friction and comfortable shave. Each blade also rests on an ingenious spring-mounted base, allowing it to adapt to the skin's changing surface.

Wide Lubrastrip for a smooth glide

The Fusion5 Power cartridges feature a large Lubrastrip. This strip of pre-lubricated material is activated when wet, helping to support a smooth razor glide. The Lubrastrip also indicates when the blade cartridge should be replaced to ensure a consistently optimal shave. As the lubricants wear out, the strip fades from blue to white, showing it's time to replace your blades.
