We are seeking an Order Officer to handle customer orders efficiently. As an Order Officer, your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling orders received from customers on our platform www.jodiabaazar.com.
2. Working with suppliers and operations to fulfill the orders.
3. Notifying business team when supplies of items are low or when orders could deplete available stock.
4. Informing business team about prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays with suppliers.
5. Coordinating with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or delivery personnel to trace or accelerate shipments.
6. Recommending merchandise or services that meet business or customers’ needs.
Requirements:
Matric or college diploma.
Prior work experience in a similar field is preferred.
Computer literacy and mobile literacy.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Interested in operations & field work.
Superb time management skills and the ability to coordinate team activities.
Experience with online stores / ecommerce or Shopify is a plus.
Salary: Rs. 22,000 - 25,000/- plus monthly bonus.
Notes:
Own Vehicle Preferred. Nearness to our office preferred.
